LOL try being in these stocks for 5 plus years..

Watching AVL trade decent all day and get knocked down a pip at the end of every session with a 1c trade, it was infuriating but something we had to learn to live with, with the notion at some point the company will progress past points where cappers can't hold it down any longer... You see a run to 10c,, from 3c when it happens, so it can be worth the wait..
but I get ya, short term when stocks are manipulated (not 100% agreeing that is what is happening here) or not reaching the value you think it should be, it can start making you lose sight of end goals...

For all the conviction, I did figure you would be in with a little more patience, but calling a stock hour by hour and watching as closely as you do I would pull my hair out too... Some days/weeks, even Months I have just had to step away, 'bottom drawer' it and come back when longer term goals were being realized.
