I think maybe an initial disappointment it seems, but for a long term investor this is a significant milestone. With the government backing the project, this has a high likelihood of proceeding. Take a look what has happened to the share price of CXO. I think at the moment it is worth holding, this could be the start of a steady climb once the dust settles and the market gets over it initial disappointment. IMO DYOR
