wouldn’t say a pump and dump. Big project with potential but the waiting around and change of direction is certainly stalling it. It was roughly a year ago where the president said to sign this project and still no official sign off. Let’s hope they can stick this 6 to 8 week delay on BFS but can see it getting pushed out some more
