it's totally tools down under the new Board. it needs to
1) pay Dato a bunch of money to walk away from the GPA. he sounds so desperate that a chunk of dough would be attractive to him now. the notion of Besra producing gold in 3-4 years and selling it prices struck in 2023 is laughable and a serious obstacle to financing the project
2) sell whatever rights it believes it has in the ounces up there to some entity who is happy to approval risk
3) find a new Project and take control of its own destiny
