Furthermore though if you look at the GDP per capita of Guinea - Around $800 - compared to ours $54000 it would be insanity of the highest order to not allow that gold to be dug up asap especially given the ravages of Covid and God knows what else there.
You also have military in control. How many weapons etc will the proceeds of that 3 mill ounce buy? Soldiers love their expensive toys...
