So we have the right to explore but not a right to mine! No examples given of mining rights granted in Buffer2 zones.Relying on cases where there is environmentally sensitive areas is not the same as mining in a Buffer2 zone.A further and better analysis needs to be given as to how a mining permit can [if it can] be granted in a Buffer2 zone.Without corrupt practices.
