Over recent weeks, there has been speculation that Bapcor are a likely candidate to acquire the Kmart Tyre and Auto business.
Bapcor has a very disciplined acquisition process as evidenced by its acquisitions that have been made since its ASX listing in 2014.
At this time, Bapcor is not participating in any process to acquire the Kmart Tyre and Auto business.
