@thunderhead1, like you I am (at this stage) reluctant to participate. Same, same..... I bought more at approx $5.00, am still ahead of my original price, would be overweight etc. I thought that the SP would hold up a bit more to allow one to sell down their holdings at a higher price, to take advantage of the SPP at $4.40, but there doesn’t seem to be the margin available (at this stage) to make it worthwhile. I too would be overweight, and whilst more than happy to continue to hold BAP, would not be heartbroken if I didn’t get more in the SPP. I fear there are many more opportunities like this that will come along later in companies that I hold, that MAY be more desperate for my money and offer perhaps a larger discount to the market price. No-one ever went broke holding cash.
