You prefer he did nothing and let Victorians infect and kill each other?!? Not being able to drive to you holiday home is very low on the list of sacrifices people have made this year. Not going to get you much sympathy.
The best economic response to COVID is a strong health response, like we have done in NZ.
Agree though there will be lots of pent-up demand in Victoria once the restrictions are lifted. Bapcor' retail sales figures are already stunning, benefiting I guess from people taking up DIY and tinkering with cars while they are stuck at home.
