As I'm sure you are aware, my statements are of a more general nature and are only a pre-cursor toward being able to make a truly informed judgement.

They are based on the 'innocent until guilty " premise

In order to retain such a presumption details of the repayment schedule of loans to this "other entity" are what we could reasonably assume to be an absolute requirement

Should such details remain undisclosed there may be a case for an investigation of possible conflict of insterests. Hence we will no doubt see full disclosure asap.

Can't help wondering if decisions on CAPEX investment into a foreign country may also be worthy of a shareholder consciounsce vote ???
