    a) tightly held share base
    b) a large & well resourced basic shareholder
    c) by my calculations, $1.286 BILLION dollars of in ground resources, ( and more to come )
    d) on going drilling of open ended resources base
    e) capable management.
    f) $4m in bank
    g) free carried at one resource development.
