I'm still waiting for someone....anyone, to explain to me how a premium this big is warranted given SDX current sp, spending and income?
If all we are getting is a lab and 4 million cash with very limited income I think its expensive.
Management really need to explain where the benefits lie for Bard going forward. aimo
How many and who from management are going to be booted?

SDX management spending is appalling in my opinion. A company with an 11 million MC as of yesterday spending almost a million per quarter on admin and staff??
The dilution will be substantial for BD1 holders.......Unlike Williams who will not be as he holds both and from my research the 6c price tag probably has more to do with Williams buy in cost, around 6c from my reading, than actual value of SDX.
1.04 billion shares will need to be issued by BD1 to pay for the deal by my calcs.
