There will need to be some thinning out of management.
Currently BD1 have 6 total and SDX have 6 total incl board members.
Admin and staff costs for both companies last two 4C's
BD1 = 418K and 315k total = 733 366.5K per quarter
SDX = 722K and 996K = 1.718 million 859k per quarter
SDX has income 107k and 214k [ the last number is inflated because 4 payments were received in this quarter] 160k average.
1.31 million per quarter if they all stay admin and staff costs......way way overboard IMO.
