I'm sure they did given they have about 24 million SDX shares which will convert to about 62.5 million BD1 shares.
The Trust Company.... AKA Merchant have 100 million BD1 shares.
Looks like SDX paid 1.3 million upfront for Sien Net with a potential 1.5 million extra if income targets were hit.
Merchant, Emmanuel, Williams and co are large holders in both companies.
