also think you are totally wrong in your assessment of the capabilities re the BD1 leadership . Have you actually had a conversation with anyone senior ? I have and came away with a totally different conclusion .
As you are not invested ( missed out so far i suspect as it's been a pretty good year!) you can sit back and watch what eventuates for free! Enjoy or hurt - you won't have to
