And this is NOT their only technology in development.

I would imagine after the announcement dust has settled demand will pick up for BD1.
Some of the more disciplined investors (big players) take their time analysing announcements and count to 10 before jumping in.
Expecting a permanent re-rate shortly.

However, I am holding for the long term - 3 to 5 years.
Biotechs can be life changing investments and BD1 is kicking the right goals.
