my understanding is the eco net product would be a population screen - similar to for example the population screening for bowel / cervical cancer - and subB2m is diagnostic eg symptoms or screening recommends further testing or you have a diagnosis and need testing to confirm efficacy of treatment / remission. either way the sensitivity / specificity is MILES / phenomenal improvement
