Ann: BARD1 Investor Presentation, page-20

Hello Everyone,
As many of you asked yourself what happen to Luminex kit and BADR1 Ovarian & Breast test presented in Nov 2020 (highlighted area ) - so did I.






Based on my previous post I was sure that Nov.2020 presentation was still accurate and we were looking to launch the product early 2022 as predicted + the recent posts were poorly presented.

In the new presentation these tests look like they are back into research stage and no Luminex mentioned:



I've called the company and I received some info from Tony Di Pietro:

"Luminex Platform is not completely out of the game but company is looking for alternative options because the approach needed more research"
- pretty much as in the 29.06 announcement

I have no clue if "needed more research" is related to the lawsuit or not.

For all of us that were waiting for these tests to be launched in 2022 probably we should forget about it.

Regarding SubB2M Elisa - looks like all have been delayed by 6 Months/1 Year - this is from current presentation/ previous presentation, not from Tony.

I can still see the opportunity here. A bit disappointed that they were not 100% transparent about Luminex and not being able to deliver on what they were working for more that 3 years.

I was looking at BARD1 test as an income stream + boost in share price - confirmation that they can deliver on commitments - no more CR - no more dilution.

When the new SUB2M test would have been ready (2023) they could have replaced BARD1 test or run them in parallel - as a low cost test and a more expensive one, or any other version
