We vote for Directors or not- Choice. They set the option price at a level they think achievable or to insult your intelligence and make you angry with them?
BD1 Directors are far more attuned with the Time frames for the several items we are very interested in seeing in the market saving lives. I am quiet happily one of the people a few think are crazy for adding via the SPP for the shares and the options rather than on market for a little less.
On market would have got me a few shares more. Via the SPP it helps get that expected time frame for the option strike price. The big "If" the amount I tried to buy is not scaled back of course.
We vote for Directors or not- Choice :). They set the option...
