The share registry hasn't been discussed as far as I can see for BD1 for a while. I realize with the recent capital raise it may change significantly. I wonder who has entered or topped up since the last report.

Merchant Funds Management is the largest shareholder of BD1 as at Feb 2021. They have a very good track record of beating the small ordinaries by more than 4 times over a 7 year period. But the turnover of BD1 by them is 107% in the previous 12 months. This same trading company also bought into SAS which is delisting but unsure if it is bankrupt.

I know nothing about Moggs Creek, the second largest holder, who acquired in 2020 with no turnover at all. They hold a range of investments that appear to be doing very well.

Traoj pty ltd has a significant interest in SDX (another cancer detection company).

Several big names have exited since last published list: HSBC, The Trust Company, Jp Morgan. However, it may be due to the micro cap status.

The insider's list is stable including a previous director but he may be required to hold for a period of time.

Does anyone else have any other thoughts? I have reached out today to take up full entitlement of the SPP and also bought a lot around $1.34. Assuming all goes well, how can BD1 not have a valuation below $3b once sales ramp up?
