@Davy Boy Firstly - sorry to hear about your sister.

I agree that the diabetes group would the the target group for a T3cDM test without a doubt.

A successful test there would then identify the highest risk people with diabetes for Pancreatic Cancer.

Government funding for the programs would likely be to fund a T3cDM test for all those identified as having diabetes and then further funding could be provided to screen those who are then identified as even higher risk for Pancreatic Cancer.

That's how I see it at this early stage.
