As always, growth by consolidation is the name of the game in the gold sector and the pricing of the successful bid for 30% of Tropicana by Regis is going to be causing all the M&A teams to seriously reconsider strategy(and pricing).
BDC and its current unloved status with such upside potential must mean it will soon be coming in for a lot of attention. Hopefully with a few names on the dance card.
