Im sure the contracts will have a country where the dispute will be held in courts.
Im more worried about how much more shares these guys are going to give out and if we will stay at 7c with a $300mc, performance shares should be aligned with share price appreciation not for doing their job like completing the DFS or for making a CR of the worst kind just being there.
