Originally 6 -> 8 months. Not a lot to construct. Port is biggest item. Construct in Surabaya An Barge to site. Easy peasy ! Meanwhile Port earthworks and foundations are prepared. Road construction longest duration as about 50 km if I remember correctly. Will follow timber roads I think.
