Trying to barge from Krajan is a low capacity, high risk system. The road to Batu Tuhup is the plan (I believe) with barges picking up coal from there, to Buntok for the transhipment into sea going barges.
Why is the announcement about Krajan, towed barges, when this has been shown to be incapable of delivering any relevant tonnes, and is high risk ?
What is happening with the road ?
