They didn't plop; I sold about half of the PRN shares for $1.03; I think since then PRN has paid a dividend so it's basically even either way. The discussion in the Long house at the time was that there wasn't likely to be much movement in the coming couple of months so it was fine to not have a full parcel for a while.
