The whole move by union backed super industry trying to green itself and messaging along with govt funding to groups - wow it isn't a level playing field.
And the winner is - lawyers - as unfortunately unless there is a severe ruling it won't act as a deterrent to multitude of parallela nd future claims at existing and any new proposed projects. Wonder if that area all teh way to teh coast would be any good for wind power and if a similar objection and court action would be forthcoming?
