    News on this is long overdue, and it has been awfully quiet on the term sheet becoming a binding off take agreement.

    It was supposed to be 8 weeks, we are at 22 weeks in 2 days.

    The share price is also down 30% since then.

    There has been nothing on extension of the term sheet, so do we assume that this deal has gone away until a more convenient time for Jiuxing?
