You don't use spot prices - you use what the market actually offered to pay you for your product.... They only have a 5 year offer on the table for offtake. And it's a non binding.
Differences between what they used for their modeling exercise and the spot price gives you a glimpse into why the market is not excited by their new marketing materials......
Truck transport is the only option, rail impossible for the volumes - they're to low. So they have to do a deal with Qube, no news on the transport arrangements to port announced. Again gives you a glimpse that they are trying to market and spin this out to a much more capable operator. Shiny materials cost time and money......
Spinout inbound folks and the market knows it.
