Yes, RIM is the entity running ONLY Mt Marion. Its only shareholders are MIN, Gang Feng, and NMT.
Profits from this project will only be paid to the extent that RIM majority will decide IMO. So they may choose to hold on to some cash for working capital, expansion, processing plant development etc. Our share value (13.8%) is not effected by profit distribution, and in fact, we want Mt Marion to be as successful as possible, as our share value will increase. Shareholders in NMT would like to see profits distributed as it may value NMT higher in the short term with revenue. However, in the longer term, if RIM can become more valuable, our 13.8% stake could be sold partially or completely for a cash payment which could be worth a lot more. Although, I highly doubt NMT will sell this, as I think NMT and MIN together holding about 60% would like to maintain majority voting power to run the mine. Otherwise voting power could go to someone else who could take control.
