These loans are now being paid back to all three shareholders by RIM in the first instance, after which the income from sale of lithium will be distributed as dividend payments to the three shareholders as determined by the RIM board.
This year we have received 4.1m so far and expect a further 4.1m before end June which is our loan total repaid, Gangfen and MIN will receive larger payments as they lent more, what we don’t know is will there also be some divi payment over and above the loan repayment within the current financial year ie before end June 2018, and if so how much might it be, Loop.
