I think perhaps the Chinese are playing hard ball and rather than do a quick deal Chris is in no hurry to give it away it’s the deal terms that will add value and there’s no fire sale here, probably why the Ann mentioned “partners” not partner.
I’d rather we got this right than do a poor deal in a hurry because the market is hungry for results, Loop.
