    Could anyone comment on the IRR 25%?

    i think this is considered quite good.

    other aspects including aud /USD and commodity prices all look to be conservative.

    $400 us / t for ilmenite is pretty on point but the trend curve has been steadily increasing for the past 2 years for illementite. If we see this increase into 23 there is some good upside.

    this might be something the board considers when making moves with this asset
