So, 50 views and no reply... I guess no one else can find out either.

I would have thought the details of the JV would have made the prospectus. Without this information even a ball-park valuation is impossible. Do we get 1%, 5% or 50%? Who knows? Will Baru have to stump up tranche after tranche of new funds over time? I can't see any reason to believe this won't happen.

Looks too shady for me, but good luck investors. The location looks good.
