Looks like a goer.

Some info for anyone who is interested in getting on board a highly prospective explorer in the coal space.

- Baru Resources Ltd intends on listing in September.

- Focussed on the identification and development
of export hard coking coal and export thermal coal in Queensland.

- The Company's project area is described as The West Galilee Project in the Eromanga Basin within 200kms of Hughenden and within 375kms of Mount
Isa, intersecting the main railway line that runs to the port.

- Baru is earning an 80% interest in a Joint Venture covering 7 leases prospective for Coking and Thermal coal.

- The leases cover over 7,000 square km where available information points to these leases being prospective for multiple coal seems.

- Other exploration and development projects are operated by Xstrata and Guilford Coal Ltd within this region.

- A drilling programme is planned after listing aimed at proving up estimated coal reserves. The Independent Geologist has identified an exploration target of up to 300 million tonnes of coal which will be the initial focus of initial drilling.

- Baru is raising between $4,000,000 and $6,000,000 and will be tightly capitalised with only 50 million shares on issue ($6m raising).

- Baru has a board and management team with a track record of enhancing shareholder value to shareholders by proving
up or injecting quality large scale, low cost resource projects for ASX Company's. eg. CNL/Phosphate project

Both the demand and the price of coking and thermal coal has increased dramatically in the last ten years, especially the last few years driven by Chinese and Indian demand.
