I agree with you mickeebee. But my concern is about the board is behaving. If the board was not taking the approach from Sino seriously Wal King would start immediately. Unless he can small a rat and is using this as an excuse to walk away to save 'his good name'. This continues to smell very bad and could continue to destroy shareholder value. We need independent directors to look after the minority shareholders!!
