Gas prices have already reverted to the pre-hurricane Rita levels and should be sustainable. The current price levels are around equal to or slightly less than the average over the previous 12 months. Although cold in North East right now, it has been unseasonably warm winter, so prices have not held up.
At the AMU AGM, which I attended there was generally positive comment about the future for gas prices...but I am taking that with a grain of salt. Haven't really looked into it.
