small cap with cash on resent crash head was 1.2 opps .004 small vol .003 Now heads are 1.5 opps are bid .004 very cheap now and cashed up so no dilution , great for opps ,I have loaded big time on opps no brainer they will flog head share if she moves north , long exp always worth .003 worst .002 .
