Maybe I'm understanding this announcement differently to the market because to me, the leaching indicated both the REE & base metal potential of the area. They've found the appropriate host rocks for REE, recently doubled their ground in the area and they don't have to pay any of the drilling costs (via the renewal of their strategic alliance with South32) - maybe I'm misunderstanding something??
