I don’t think he market has really picked up on the potential for massive share price appreciation based on the capital structure and for such a low cap company to be zeroing in on a company making system. It’s a methodical process and I believe they are getting there.
Your market cap includes all issued shares in the same way Hotcopper do, which I believe is probably the right way to do it.
Many of the trading platforms only use tradable stock when calculating market cap and show market cap of just $4m. The advantage of this method is that it highlights the tightness of the stock.
Either way, when it’s time, they will run hard and very fast and IMO the time to get set is now.
