Management seem to be defying the Peter Principle - that everyone rises to their own level of incompetence. Management are doing a good, competent job of drilling and exploration. They are apparently incapable or unwilling to take the next step - scoping/feasibility studies do not take years to complete if done competently. Financing is a completely different set of skills, and geologists/engineers are notoriously incompetent in that area. Similarly in the area of promotion - promote the project, get the market excited and things happen - competent people want to get aboard and move the project along to construction and production - sales revenue and ultimately for the patient investor, dividends or capital gain (because the share price is going up!)
Shareholders are impatient, and while I can't be there on Monday, I hope the board gets the grilling they deserve. Mkt cap has gone backwards at a huge rate for the past two years, and while OCP keep adding to their level of control, the rest of us get shafted. This is a p!ssup in a brewery for the right people, the current team couldn't organise it without drilling a few dozen holes first.
