These guys are doing a 10 percent placement with approval at the agm. Did anyone read this the same as me from the agm report?
The reason the sp might not be going over .017 is due to the upcoming placement under res 4 'special business' in the agm announcement with 10 percent placement at 0.017cps.
Statmins main focus to transfer Graphmada to BSM was so that additional capital could be raised by BSM in ASX which is what they are doing.
