I won't be posting anymore at night as I am 'brain dead'……..I was too tired to read the terms of the Convertible Notes!!

Thanks Doc for your sobering dilution stats.

If Bass becomes profitable by December ?…or proves to the market that it can 'talk the talk' then dilution becomes less relevant…….market cap say of $50,000,000 divided by 2,000,000,000 shares gives me 2.5 cents thats 150% better than present ?……..Well going by the recent past there won't be any shortage of company announcements , from now on though they will need to have substance 'value accretive' or we will be doomed.
