Meh... "convertible notes" are rarely a good thing to see.
I like how "select major shareholders, directors and management" only got to feed on this.
One big club of buddies.
You may think "owww look, management are participating with their own cash **yay yay yay**".
But for 12%, I'd be pretty keen on participating as well.
Small holders were excluded from this deal and whomever got the 12% coupon was the real winner; large shareholders, directors and management.
