The way I understood this scenario is the management asked the shareholders to allow them to CR if the oppies did not eventuate. With the currentmarket conditions turning and the share price decreasing they triggered the CR. I understood why they requested the extra shares to sell. I can’t see what the issue is all about

2nd point is the amount of salaries being paid to our management is one of the least on the market so the bottom line is if they wanted to harm the company and enrich themselves then they would have increased their salaries at a much higher figure.
