5% of the total shareholders submitted a 249D application to remove certain directors in CTL.
I raised this with another mining company recently where management have missed too many key milestones. Shareholders were fuming. Within two days we had 7% of the shareholders on board and a letter forwarded to management. They were given a timeframe to improve their performance otherwise we would call an EGM.
My point is - there is strength in numbers.
