The figures are a little better than suggested here. 1500t/q is nameplate production. $1000-$500 = $500USD profit per tonne. So per quarter $500USD/t x say 1.35AUD x 1500 t = $1.01 million or $4 mil p.a. I also note they have a mill throughput of greater than that expected, so it could be even better. Being cash flow positive now means the $4-5 million in cash, can all go into phase 2 being the 20,000 tpa plant. Tripling the profit to around $12-15mil p.a.
I was also disappointed in the previous announcement. Today's is much clearer as to percentages of flake size, and therefore basket price.
