Stevo the timeframes currently given seems to be congruent with what @cartex has implied with respect to graphite miners. So yes it could be anytime in 2020 with respect to attaining 20,000Tpa. Based on Cartex's posting, he appears to have a thorough knowledge of the machinations of graphite mining and its opaque nature. Certainly with timeframes in achieving contracts for supply.
There are extensive qualification periods for particular mesh sizes and their relevant applications. Not to say beginning of 2020 is out of the question for 20,000tpa. But anytime in 2020 isn't outside the realms of possibilty either.
