Considering they are close to 12 months behind their Gazetted schedule, who knows?. Maybe in March we will get another reason for delay due to a logistics issue. Im sure a fan boy on this thread will give another "Have you ever constructed a project speech"? But the facts are they are late. Not once, not twice but thrice.
