    Do none of you question why this deal was done from the other parties perspective and their motivations past oh they must need the money? There are a number of companies they could have sold this on to, But instead took a perceived haircut on it, maybe because they presumed it was high risk they were never going to collect ? Just an opinion that both sides have a story here.
